DIRECTIONS:

1. Remove top and bottom strip from backer.
2. With both hands apply upper strip to top teeth.
3. Apply lower strip to bottom teeth.
4. Leave for 30 minutes.
5. Remove, rinse with water or brush.
6. Impress.
