입에서 씹거나 녹여서 섭취하세요.

성인 및 12세 이상의 어린이:

- 매 30분마다 2정(1회 용량) 또는 설사의 경우 필요에 따라 매 시간마다 4정(2회 용량)

- 과식(배탈, 속쓰림, 소화불량, 메스꺼움)의 경우 필요에 따라 30분마다 2정(1알)

24시간 동안 8회 사용량(16정)을 초과하지 마십시오.

설사가 멈출 때까지 사용하되 2일을 넘지 마십시오.

12세 미만의 어린이: 의사에게 문의하십시오.

설사로 인한 탈수를 예방하려면 맑은 수분을 충분히 섭취하십시오.

수두나 독감과 유사한 증상이 있거나 회복 중인 어린이 및 청소년은 본 제품을 사용하지 마십시오.

본 제품 사용 시 메스꺼움, 구토 등의 행동 변화가 나타나는 경우, 이러한 증상은 드물지만 심각한 질환인 라이증후군의 초기 징후일 수 있으므로 의사와 상담하세요.

알레르기 경고: 살리실산염이 함유되어 있으니 알레르기가 있는 경우 사용하지 마십시오.

- 살리실산염(아스피린 포함)에 알레르기가 있는 경우

- 다른 살리실산 제품 사용

다음과 같은 경우에는 사용하지 마십시오:

- 궤양

- 출혈 문제

- 피가 섞이거나 검은색 대변

다음과 같은 경우에는 사용하기 전에 의사에게 문의하세요.

- 발열

- 대변에 점액이 묻어 있음

다음과 같은 약을 복용하고 있는 경우에는 사용하기 전에 의사나 약사에게 문의하세요.

- 항응고(혈액을 묽게 만드는)

- 당뇨병

- 통풍

- 관절염

이 제품을 사용하면 일시적이지만 무해하며 대변 및 혀가 어두워질 수 있습니다.

다음 경우에는 사용을 중지하고 의사에게 문의하십시오.

 - 증상이 악화되거나 2일 이상 지속됩니다.

- 귀가 울리거나 청력이 상실되는 경우

- 설사가 2일 이상 지속됨

임신 중이거나 수유 중인 경우에는 사용하기 전에 의료 전문가에게 문의하십시오.

When you have stomach troubles, Pepto's coating action calms and soothes your stomach providing fast digestive relief from nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea. Relieves traveler's diarrhea, diarrhea and upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink including: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, gas, belching, and fullness.

Other information:

• Each tablet contains: calcium 140 mg, magnesium 9 mg

Warnings:

• Reye's syndrome:
   - Children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product.
   - When using this product, if changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, consult a doctor because these symptoms could be an early sign of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness.
• Allergy alert: Contains salicylate. Do not take if you are
   - allergic to salicylates (including aspirin)
   - taking other salicylate products
• Do not use if you have:
   - an ulcer
   - a bleeding problem
   - bloody or black stool
• Ask a doctor before use if you have
   - fever
   - mucus in the stool
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any drug for
   - anticoagulation (thinning the blood)
   - diabetes
   - gout
   - arthritis
• When using this product a temporary, but harmless, darkening of the stool and/or tongue may occur.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if
   - symptoms get worse or last more than 2 days
   - ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs
   - diarrhea lasts more than 2 days
• If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions:

• Chew or dissolve in mouth.
• Adults and children 12 years and over:
   - 2 tablets (1 dose) every 1/2 hour or 4 tablets (2 doses) every hour as needed for diarrhea.
   - 2 tablets (1 does) every 1/2 hour as needed for overindulgence (upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, nausea).
• Do not exceed 8 doses (16 tablets) in 24 hours.
• Use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days.
• Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.
• Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea.
