Jovial pasta is made with wholesome whole grain brown rice, grown on select organic farms in Italy. We have a direct relationship with each of our farmers, to ensure that the organic rice used to make this pasta comes from the purest source.

Penne with Roasted Broccoli & Tomatoes

• Ingredients
   - 1 1/2 pounds cherry tomatoes
   - 1 clove garlic, minced
   - 1/4 tsp. dry oregano
   - 3 tbsp. jovial extra virgin olive oil
   - 1 large head of broccoli, cut in florets
   - Grated cheese to serve
• Instructions
   1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine tomatoes, garlic, oregano, oil, and salt to taste on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
   2. Add broccoli to the baking sheet, stir to coat with oil and bake for 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender and a bit charred.
   3. Cook the penne according to package instructions.
   4. Add to a large serving bowl , toss in the roasted vegetables, and serve with grated cheese.

COOK TIME: 12 MINUTES

1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
2. Add salt as desired.
3. Cook pasta on high heat, stirring frequently.
4. Test for doneness & drain.
